Industrial Cleaning Supervisor (Construction Sector)

Blackwell Cleaning Ltd wish to invite applicants to apply for the role of Industrial Cleaning Supervisor in the Construction Sector.

Role Overview:

The Industrial Cleaning Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations on construction sites, ensuring all work meets safety standards and project specifications.

The position will be based mainly on sites throughout Dublin, however travel will be required Nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of industrial cleaners across various construction sites.

- Preparation of H&S Documentation for upcoming works

- Coordinate post-construction and final build cleans to ensure sites are ready for handover.

- Monitor compliance with Health & Safety regulations and site-specific protocols.

- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.

- Manage cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and staff scheduling.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in industrial or construction cleaning.

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience.

- Strong knowledge of COSHH and site safety requirements.

- Prioritise health and safety at all levels

- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.

- Computer literate, familiar with the various Microsoft packages

- Safepass

- Full clean driving licence

Phone and Company van with toll tag and fuel card will be supplied to the successful candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €45,000.00 per year
