Mission and Overall Target of the Job:

Maintaining the logistical and production-relevant master data in the plant applications.

Maintenance is carried out on the basis of the respective valid filling rule / standardization. The "Data Sheet Analyst" monitors the creation of the necessary master data in time and assigns all quality-relevant documents (instructions; VEA; etc. ).

• Technical background or technical understanding
• Technical time study (understanding time studies and doing time studies)
• Understanding of process development and process performance
• Ability to work with technical topics and communicate with technical employees (employees responsible for process performance “man, machine and process”)

Key Activities:

Master data creation and change of master cards and TVK in the designated systems according to standardization and specification

• Documentation and archiving of changed articles when they are newly created; changes and deletions

Deletion of master data after discontinuation or relocation to other plants (data cleansing)

• Checking and processing interface errors and error messages

Provision, distribution and archiving of production documents (routing slips / production order)

• Active participation in process improvements within the framework of RPS²

Provision and distribution of the additional production documents (e.g. instructions, drawings, VEA, FSK, process instructions, supplementary sheet).

• Special activities as defined by plant-specific procedural instructions and specifications of the supervisors

Analysis and plausibility check of evaluations and master data

Education Requirements:

• Apprenticeship / Associates Degree (Economical / technical)

• Basic Job Knowledge: Specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, trades or office operations area (e.g. Accounting Clerk, Electrician)

Essential knowledge:

• Basic Knowledge / special knowledge in the field of master data administration / master data systems (SAP S/4 MM and PP, ALN, RDS)
