Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support our expanding operations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in machining environments and is familiar with CNC and manual metalworking machinery, diagnostics, and mechanical repair.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret operational manuals, equipment specifications, and manufacturer instructions.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical abnormalities using blueprints, electrical schematics, and ladder diagrams.
• Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical and CNC equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and uptime.
• Conduct mechanical repairs using appropriate hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
• Assist in implementing upgrades, modifications, and process improvements for existing equipment.
• Support installation, commissioning, and start-up of new machinery.
• Review and understand engineering drawings, technical data, and other relevant documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn and understand general maintenance requirements.
• Familiarity with industrial machine tools, machining operations, and CNC equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team environment.
• Solid computer skills for diagnostics, documentation, and equipment interfaces.
• Effective time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Education & Experience

• Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery (machining or CNC environment strongly preferred).
