Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, a strong background in infant care, and a commitment to creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment for our youngest learners.

Responsibilities

As an Infant Teacher at Bright Futures Learning Academy, you will:

Implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of infant-aged children.
Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment.
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships and support each child’s development.
Incorporate early childhood education principles into daily teaching practices, focusing on cognitive, emotional, and social growth.
Foster a positive and supportive classroom atmosphere, encouraging the growth and development of each child.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall educational experience and align with our curriculum goals.

Skills & Qualifications

24 units in Early Childhood Education (ECE), including at least 3 units in administration or staff relations.
At least 2 years of experience teaching in a child care center, specifically using a creative curriculum.
Valid California teaching permit through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Passionate about working with infants and fostering a positive learning environment.
