Type: Full-time, 40 hours a week [Fixed term, Maternity Cover]

The Role:

We are looking for a creative and organized Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the maintenance, coordination, and execution of Akind's influencer marketing strategies while also assisting with Akind's social media platforms.

You will be working in collaboration with the greater marketing team in efforts to propel Akind's marketing efforts towards the company's overall goals.

Key Responsibilities

Influencer Marketing:

• Coordinate Akind's annual influencer marketing plan, encompassing collaboration implementation and event execution.
• Maintain relationships with influencers within Akind’s network and establish connections with new, relevant influencers.
• Oversee the influencer marketing budget, ensuring alignment with campaign goals and strategic activations.
• Project management and execution of planned events.
• Track, gather, and report campaign performance statistics, providing analysis and insights for future improvement.

Social Media:

• Provide administrative support for Akin's social media channels, focusing on community management.
• Curate and publish engaging content tailored to Akind's social media audience.
• Assist in the planning and execution of photoshoots.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience in influencer marketing and PR, or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • High level of understanding of Social Media platforms
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, report, and interpret campaign data. (Microsoft and Google programs)
  • Experience with Adobe programs is a large plus.
  • Ability to, on occasion, travel or work in the evening for planned events.
  • Creative thinking to drive innovation in influencer and PR strategies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment is helpful.
• Other: Familiarity with the influencer and PR landscape in the luxury product sector, specifically in Sweden, Germany, and the Netherlands is a strong plus.
