Infor Erp Functional Consultant

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Infor ERP Functional Consultant specializing in manufacturing and supply chain processes. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing Infor ERP solutions, conducting pre-sales activities, and aligning product capabilities with client business needs. This position involves evaluating logistical processes, optimizing supply chain workflows, and designing cost-effective solutions to drive operational efficiency while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing, supply chain, and logistical processes using Infor ERP solutions.
• Conduct user interviews, workshops, and site visits to gather detailed business requirements.
• Develop, document, and configure functional specifications for Infor ERP modules, including manufacturing, supply chain, and data management.
• Collaborate with project teams to design and implement optimal solutions aligned with client needs.
• Provide hands-on support for pilot testing, training, and successful system rollouts.
• Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results for each client engagement.
• Ensure effective client communication through status updates, progress reports, and adherence to project timelines and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Infor ERP systems, such as LN, CSI, or Supply Chain modules, is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel within the Philippines and abroad for client engagements.
