Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to provide exceptional customer service. If you have a background in construction or knowledge of power tools, that's a plus!

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with a smile.
• Handle customer calls and process orders for pick-up or delivery.
• Become a product expert through in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Maintain and fill product displays to ensure they are always well-stocked.

Qualifications:

• Proven customer service experience.
• Background in construction and/or knowledge of power tools is an asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
