The role of the Inside Sales Representative is to answer all incoming sales inquiries, determine the client needs through customer focused questions and provide Proshred solutions to the client during the telephone conversation. In addition, follow up activities include providing written quotes via email and performing telephone and email follow up with client proposals to close additional busisness. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years Customer Service (or related experience) that possesses excellent communication and computer skills and a demonstrated ability to manage numerous sales opportunities throughout the business day.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
