Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for initiating and driving top-of-funnel outreach to generate new business opportunities for our Account Executives. You will engage with logistics companies, freight brokers, and shippers through targeted outbound efforts—leveraging LinkedIn, email, and phone to create meaningful first interactions that open doors for deeper conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting using LinkedIn, email, and phone to identify and engage potential clients
  • Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives in alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders, and craft personalized outreach messages
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities and update lead statuses in HubSpot on a daily basis
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Inside Sales Representatives, Account Executives, and Marketing to refine outreach strategy, improve targeting, and increase conversion rates

What We Look For

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in an Inside Sales or similar business development role
  • Background in logistics, B2B sales, or a related industry is a strong advantage
  • Exceptional written communication skills in English, particularly for professional outreach via email and LinkedIn
  • High level of persistence, grit, and attention to detail—success in this role requires both volume and precision
  • Coachable, data-driven, and comfortable working with KPIs and performance metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales quotas and pipeline generation targets
  • Strong presence on LinkedIn and a consultative sales approach
  • Proficient in cold calling, lead nurturing, and managing both inbound and outbound strategies
  • Experience using tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar sales enablement platforms
  • Self-motivated and performance-driven with a hunter mentality, thriving in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php73,000.00 per month
