About the Role
We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Inside Sales Representative (New Logo) to join our team. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying hunter role focused on winning new business through proactive outreach, smart prospecting, and value-based selling. If you thrive on building pipeline, engaging customers, and closing new deals, then this role is for you. The role is based in Brisbane with 3 days working from our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and respond to inbound leads quickly (within 24 hours) to maximize conversion
- Drive pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, video)
- Lead structured discovery conversations to understand customer needs and priorities
- Run a full-cycle sales process from first touch to close for net new customers
- Apply value-based selling and qualification to focus on high-impact opportunities
- Build relationships as a trusted advisor, using industry insights to influence decisions
- Follow up on campaigns, events, and marketing activity to generate new opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in Salesforce
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience in sales or business development
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- A proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Familiarity with SaaS or the AEC industry is a plus
