What You’ll Do:

Hours:
This isn’t a typical 9-to-5 role – we are a results-driven team. While we work Monday through Friday, weekend work is encouraged for those eager to succeed.

Compensation:

• $6,000 sign-on bonus*
• Commission + Bonuses
• Our agents consistently earn over six figures annually.

Sign-On Bonus Structure:
Alpine Trust & Properties offers a $6,000 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments of $3,000 each. The first payment is made after the first 30 days of onboarding, and the second after the successful completion of the full eight-week onboarding period.
