Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound outreach via phone calls, emails, and SMS to support interview coordination and candidate placements.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with employer partners while tracking recruitment metrics to meet KPI targets.
  • Match candidates to appropriate job opportunities and clearly communicate role responsibilities, compensation, and benefits.
  • Review candidate profiles and provide constructive feedback to enhance resumes and overall presentation.
  • Address client hiring demands by effectively presenting qualified candidates and promoting recruitment services.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring the consistent and timely submission of qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven ability to create professional documents, manuals, and related materials.
  • Excellent negotiation capabilities with strong conflict resolution skills.
  • A business-driven and results-oriented mindset is an advantage.
  • Previous experience using CRM systems is highly desirable.

Work Schedule: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Workdays: Monday to Friday

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php47,000.00 per hour
