Founded about 30 years ago, we are a nationwide defense firm focused exclusively on civil litigation. Our practice is dedicated to protecting the interests of businesses and individuals in high-exposure disputes, from multinational corporations to closely held companies and private clients. With a multi-state footprint that includes ten offices across seven states, we handle matters across the country. Our attorneys are admitted and have litigated in more than 30 jurisdictions, bringing broad courtroom experience and strategic depth to every engagement.

Job duties:

Hybrid remote work.

We have offices in:

NY - New York City, Garden City, Westchester County, Buffalo

NJ - Parsippany, Cherry Hill

Billables - 1900+ (tiered bonuses from 1900 on up)

- Represent insurance carriers, self-insured entities, and insureds in a wide array of complex matters.

- Provide strategic counsel and advocacy in litigation, arbitration, mediation and settlement negotiations.

- Handle insurance matters across virtually all types of policies.

Required:·

- NY bar

- Recent experience in insurance defense

Pay: $130,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
