Intake Coordinator, Home Health Full Time

The base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $22-25 per/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience.

Job Activities:

• Takes and prepares components of intake referrals
• Assists Intake Team n phone coverage and coordination of day-to-day activities
• Verifies insurance coverage of services
• Provides clinical billing and collections with information regarding insurance coverage
• Tracks authorization versus utilization and secures authorization or visits
• Perform data entry functions for services -related charges

$22.00 - $25.00 per/hour
