Integrated Manufacturing Systems Specialist

About the Job

• Provide advanced technical support and optimize system performance

• Lead in diagnosing complex issues in MES/Data Historian and work closely with MES engineers and Digital to resolve them promptly

• Train end-users on MES/DHS functionalities and assist operators with system-related queries to ensure correct usage

• Record deviations and downtime, ensuring all incidents are logged

• Support validation lifecycle activities with technical expertise

• Maintain MES data integrity, compliance with regulatory standards and prepare system for audit

• Participate in global networks, contribute lessons learned to the network

• Participate in global initiatives when requested. Responsible to understand current global design guidelines and application

• Provide SME support for deviation root cause analysis

• Lead implementation of MES scope for site CAPAs

Key roles (D,.A,.I)

• D: Decide on specific configuration settings and process optimizations to enhance system performance

• A: Advise on system configuration changes and updates to improve functionality

• A: Advise on troubleshooting actions based on deep system knowledge and data analysis

• A: Review and approve system configurations as per site needs

• A/I: Support data integrity and oversee data management practices

• A/I: Guide local project implementations to ensure MES integration

• I: Involved in system design and upgrade discussions, providing technical insights

• I: Implement improvements based on performance analysis

Expected Experience

• Experience in MES (Siemens OpCenter)

• Experience of interfaces management between MES and digital systems/equipment

• Experience with Industry 4.0 technologies implementation

• Experience in troubleshooting and enhancing system performance

• Experience in pharmaceutical industry is preferred
