- To work with Customer Success Technical Lead Consultant and participate in design, development and maintainence of Customer success Data solutions.
- Willingness to learn Analytics, Data engineering and Customer Success/CRM and more.
- Should be able to work independently communicate with various teams to collect, clean and transform the data.
- Should be self-directed, team oriented with strong ability to work with the cross functional teams.
- Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, majoring in Computer Science or Information Science or Business administration , from a reputed institute, with excellent academic records.
- Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical thinking skills required
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic programming skills
- Decent SQL skills
- Basic understanding of analytics preferred.
