Roles & Objectives

As an Intern you will be part of our Brand Engagement Department for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Seasonal Brand Retail Supervisor. The position will be based in Roma.

In your role, you will support the Seasonal Brand Retail team in planning and activating temporary lounges, focusing on iconic and high-footfall locations across the country to reach, engage, and retain consumers.

Additionally, you will assist in executing brand engagement and commercial activities within the lounges, finding the best ways to engage our consumers with a multi-category approach. Finally, you will contribute to the execution and planning of the communication plan, which is useful for amplifying consumer engagement within our lounges and increasing their footfall.

Specific Responsibilities:

• 
  Support the team in internal presentations.
• Align internal and external stakeholders (brand & content, social media, Loyalty, trade, etc.) for a perfect execution of the activation plan.
• Support the team in all preparatory operations for the opening of the Lounges (utility activation, shipments, visual merchandising, equipment orders, etc.).
• Support the team in the setup phases of new lounges (organization of installations and dismantling).
• Support the team in the creation of activities aimed at increasing consumer engagement within the lounges.

Who we’re looking for

• 
  Degree in Management, Business Administration or Economics or related fields.
• Literacy in Office Suite.
• Fluent in English and in Italian.
• Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer and problem-solving orientation.
• Quick learning capabilities, entrepreneurship, and attention to detail.
