ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you may work by yourself or in small teams, and be responsible for deadlines.

You will -

· Create Standardized Operating Procedures (SOPs) with direction from the company’s consultant, and leadership

· Document various production processes and write detailed instructions for employees

· Document processes with the use of video and camera

· Create training videos detailing specific procedures

· Participate in “Red – Tag” plant-wide clean-up effort and document before and after footage

· Responsible for creating an end-of-summer deliverable; written training guideline

You should -

· Show up on time and be ready to work

· Be able to collaborate with others

· Be able to stand and walk throughout the day

· Be able to lift 25 lbs.

· Be fluent with using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and be trainable on the computer

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Euclid, OH 44117: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
