B. Matched items . Provide INFOR item record crosswalks for Bellin and Gundersen including contract, manufacturer number, UOM, and required attributes;

C. Unique items . Review product categories/products and related attributes for conversion and separate into three categories:

i. Items that can be easily converted without clinical input;

ii. Items to be converted but need clinical/value analysis approval; and

iii. Product is unique and needs to be built in INFOR.

D. Items that can be easily converted without clinical input . Provide INFOR item record crosswalk for Bellin and Gundersen including contract, manufacturer number, unit of measure, and required attributes.

E. Items that can be converted and need clinical review .

i. Provide a crosswalk of clinical attributes;

ii. Facilitate product review with Member's value analysis and operational subject matter experts;

iii. Provide INFOR item record crosswalk for Bellin and Gundersen including contract, manufacturer number, unit of measure, and required attributes;

Salary: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
