Job Description Summary :
Work with clients to provide recommendations, deliver insights and improve digital marketing performance. This position requires consulting, marketing, and analytical skills. The Junior Analyst will apply knowledge of online marketing to help solve our clients’ business problems and work collaboratively with Media, Strategy, Account and Analytics Leadership to drive marketing excellence and efficiency for our clients.
Job Description :
Responsibilities as Data & Analytics Intern
-
To assist in analyzing a breadth of media, video, social, mobile and web data to provide insight into the performance of clients’ omni-channel marketing programs.

To provide insights and develop recommendations based on measurement reporting and analysis.
-
To work closely with respective team members from various disciplines within the agency and the client to optimize and coordinate campaign strategies.

To gauge and analyze the success of campaigns.

To understand the overall concept of the brand, clients, product goals, and all other aspects of service
-
To provide suggestions to team for improving client’s experience on social platforms and internal processes

To assist in creating required presentations/reports
Kickstart to Success

Two-day induction and introduction to your mentor

Two live projects in 4-5 months

Exposure to on-going client work

Performance reviews every 3 months

Pre-placement offer on successful completion of the program basis fair assessment.
Mentorship
Every intern will be assigned a mentor who will provide guidance during the program. They will supervise and give feedback on overall performance, project deliverables and skills. The mentors will play a critical role to kickstart their careers at Havas.
Eligibility

Strong academic performance with a focus on subjects that are relevant to the internship that you are applying for

Strong understanding for data interpretation and report generation

Good written and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
