Dream is looking to welcome its latest Enterprise Applications Support Analyst Intern 8 Months (Fall 2023 & Winter 2024)

We are always looking for the best and brightest to join our thriving community, and the Dream team is looking to hire an Enterprise Applications Support Analyst Intern for 8 months from September 2023 to April 2024 - 8 Months.

What experience will I gain?

Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role:

• Manage or monitor service desk incidents of ERP Business Analyst queue
• Handle first level support for all enterprise applications.
• Participate in end-to-end operational support and project delivery related activities.
• Exposure to JD Edwards and many other cloud-based applications.
• Develop skills for business requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, testing, training and solutions delivery.

What type of experience do I have?

In addition to being able to showcase your collaborative mindset and positive attitude, you need to be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program, with a focus on Business or Accounting.

• You have experience with a previous customer service or support role.
• You have excellent troubleshooting abilities as well as the ability to learn new concepts, products, and technologies quickly.
• You have exceptional technical aptitude that allows you to understand and interact with new systems quickly.
• Being a strong team player and supporting the achievement of collective goals
• Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to develop solutions to key issues
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (e-mail and verbal)
