Job Description

Job Description: As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various human resources functions and gain hands-on experience in the following areas:

• Assisting with talent acquisition processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Participating in employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Assisting in maintaining employee records and databases.
• Supporting HR administrative tasks, such as preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.
• Assisting with employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Gaining exposure to performance management processes and employee relations.
• Assisting in HR policy and process updates.
• Collaborating with different departments to support their HR-related needs.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to work.
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a dynamic team.
