The Hilton corporate internship program offers undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience in a global company. The program is intended to develop the business leaders of tomorrow. Interns will gain exposure to senior leadership, work on meaningful projects, participate in learning and development opportunities and join in networking and social events with other Team Members and fellow interns.

The internship will be in person for a period of around 6 months. The internship will begin in September/October 2024. Interns will work 6 hours per day Monday through Friday during the internship program.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

• Currently enrolled as a full-time college student pursuing a Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field during the summer or fall of 2024.
• Available to work on-site at our corporate office in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (6 hours per day, 5 days per week Monday - Friday)

It would be useful if you have:

• Internship or work experience in the hospitality industry
• Experience with data analysis or using data to make decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel functions
• Able to fluently speak, read, and write in English
