Internal Sales Professional
Introduction:

Selling throughout New South Wales and Queensland, we engage customers and retailers with agricultural, commercial and residential poly products including rainwater tanks, livestock feeding and watering solutions.

Key role functions include:
Get sales, open doors and practice the science of selling every day
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets
Converting existing pipeline of warm leads to build rapport and close the sale
Collaborate with our external sales team to support sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction
Provide excellent customer service, including responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of products or services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
Provide sales reports and forecasts to management on a regular basis

Skills and Experiences:
Successful applicant requirements:
Highly motivated individual with a passion for sales
Previous experience in an inside Sales role (phone)
Previous experience using CRMs and sales tools
Demonstrated experience working towards KPIs / Targets
An engaging personality across all communication channels (video, phone, and email)
Great communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels
Proven ability to build and maintain rapport with internal and external customers
Demonstrated experience using sound judgment and problem-solving capabilities
Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer experience
A fun, energetic and hardworking approach
Account management experience (desired)
