International Architectural Materials Sales & Market Development Specialist (Remote)

We are an international company operating in the natural stone and architectural surface industry, supplying premium materials for construction and design projects across European and global markets.
We are currently expanding our international presence and are looking for an experienced sales and business development professional with real exposure to architectural materials, construction projects, or B2B export markets.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who has actively participated in client acquisition, international outreach, and project-based sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and design firms in international markets
- Conduct structured cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and direct communication channels
- Manage early-stage client conversations and qualify project opportunities
- Support RFQ handling and initial project discussions
- Follow up with leads and maintain structured communication pipelines
- Contribute insights on market behavior, pricing expectations, and client acquisition strategies
- Assist in refining outreach methods and improving conversion processes
- Coordinate with internal team for project execution readiness
What We Are Looking For
We are specifically interested in individuals who have:
- Real experience in B2B sales, ideally in construction, natural stone, ceramics, or architectural materials
- Experience communicating with international clients (Europe, UK, or USA preferred)
- Hands-on experience with cold outreach and lead generation
- Understanding of project-based sales cycles (not retail or transactional sales)
- Ability to clearly explain their previous sales process, not just general descriptions
Core Skills
- Strong English communication (spoken and written)
- Professional client communication style
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and business communication tools
- Structured thinking and ability to describe sales processes clearly
- Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, email systems, LinkedIn, etc.)
- AI tools experience is a plus
What Makes a Strong Candidate Stand Out
We are especially interested in people who can clearly explain:
- How they found and approached international clients
- What actually worked in converting leads into projects
- Common objections from clients and how they handled them
- Their follow-up system and communication structure
- Real examples of projects they contributed to
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to participate in a structured interview focused on real-world experience, including scenario-based discussions about international market outreach and client acquisition strategies.
We are not looking for theoretical answers — we are looking for real operational experience.
Pay: From Php600.00 per hour
