International Recruitment Support Officer

The International Recruitment Support Officer plays a vital role in supporting the International Recruitment and Admissions team, reporting to the International Recruitment Support Coordinator.

Key responsibilities include processing agent commission payments, managing OSHC policies, and supporting contract renewals and other administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations under the coordinator's guidance.

The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, including International Recruitment and Admissions, Finance, and Compliance, as well as external partners such as education agents.

About You
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records, processing documents, and coordinating multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Ability to organise, prioritise, and manage workflows efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure compliance with university policies
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate, liaise and work with people at all levels, both internal and external to the University with tact and maturity
  • High level of attention to detail in reviewing contracts, invoices, and other documentation to ensure compliance with terms and policies

Qualifications
An undergraduate degree level qualification with subsequent administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
