Internship - Business Intelligence (Bi) Jan To Jun 2025

Data plays a big role in that, and the Business Intelligence (BI) team enables data-driven decision making across the business. As the Regional Business Intelligence Intern, this person will be fully integrated into the team and make business contributions towards common team goals by working on various BI initiatives.

Build, optimize and manage Business Intelligence team's data backend

• Create and optimize the ETLs and data processing jobs on Google BigQuery, and Alicloud AnalyticDB and our BI tool - DOMO
• Improve data governance and data linage tracking via DBT tool in Github, group management tool and other enterprise toolkit on DOMO
• Data modelling to design and build data mart tables for BI team and other business analytics teams

Cross-functional stakeholder management

• Liaise with various teams across 11 markets in Asia with initiatives to improve and standardize BI processes
• Communicate with relevant teams on the impact of the all BI initiatives

Identify and support BI improvement initiatives

• Learning about user governance in Domo at Sephora
• Identify cases that do not comply with the governance policy and work with relevant teams to fix it, namely by swapping individual accounts to shared accounts
• Identify and reduce other sources of redundancy in the system
