How you Succeed

Success in this role means embracing a proactive, problem-solving approach. You’ll need to be organised and detail-oriented, capable of juggling multiple tasks and assisting with various project stages. Collaboration is key – you’ll work closely with IT and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. A willingness to learn and a focus on understanding the “big picture” of Contact Centre operations will be invaluable.

What you do

You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Supporting projects that improve our Contact Centre, like implementing new tools for chat, AI assistance, and voice technology.

  • Assisting with testing new systems and features to ensure they work smoothly (UAT), tracking issues and providing updates.

  • Helping resolve system issues and coordinating with IT for solutions.

  • Supporting day-to-day operations, including managing access permissions, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the centre runs efficiently.

  • Contributing to documentation and reporting on project progress.

Who you are

  • Currently pursuing a diploma from a Polytechnic.

  • Eager to learn about project management and contact centre technology.

  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • A team player with good communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to identify potential issues.

  • Proficient in basic computer skills.

Learning Objectives

This internship will provide you with:

  • Practical experience in project management methodologies.

  • An understanding of Contact Centre operations and technology.

  • Skills in UAT testing and defect tracking.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT.

  • Confidence in problem-solving and communication.
