Position Summary
The Intern will play a crucial role in building and nurturing partnerships between
Pollinate Group and global universities, with the aim of promoting and expanding our
Student Fellowship program. This role presents an excellent opportunity to contribute
to impactful projects, gain experience in partnership building, and support the
advancement of women's empowerment initiatives on a global scale and working
closely with a world class social organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Identification: Conduct comprehensive research to identify
the Student Fellowship program.
- Exploring Government and Private funding opportunities for supporting
- Engagement Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop an engagement

- Outreach and Communication: Initiate communication with university
program and its learning outcomes for the students/participants.
- Networking: Research networking events, webinars, and conferences to meet

- Customized Presentations: Prepare and deliver tailored presentations to
Empowerment Fellowship program.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain strong relationships with university
concerns.
- Collaborative Initiatives: Work closely with internal teams to identify

Current enrollment in a relevant academic program (Business, International
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.

- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
Hands-on experience in business development and partnership management.
