  • Learn how to attend to customer inquiries and problems in varying critical and non-critical situations.
  • Grow your technical expertise in many areas and specifically develop your troubleshooting skills and mindset
  • Help with improving internal processes, customer experience, and the quality of service we are providing.

You may be the right person for us if you:
  • Are a fresh graduate or final year undergraduate student in search of academic internship/on-the-job training (OJT) within a multinational company.
  • Have educational background in engineering, technology, or other equivalent fields.
  • Have an aim to be an engineer who understands both technical and business sides of IT solutions.
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Are amenable to work at least thrice a week from our office in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
