McCormick & Company, Incorporated is seeking a full-time IT Intern in Hunt Valley, Maryland located at the Global Corporate Headquarters. This is a 10-week internship (June 2 - August 8, 2025) which requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

During your time as an Intern you will sharpen your leadership skills, work on real-world challenges, and collaborate with the best leaders in the industry. You will also have the opportunity to network with executives, participate in social events with other interns, and give back to the community. Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Team Building Support: Assist in fostering a collaborative environment within the Analytics team by helping organize team-building activities and knowledge-sharing sessions with Analytics Captains.
• Bridging the Gap: Collaborate with Analytics Captains to strengthen the connection between analytics insights and practical application within various process workstreams.
• Report and Dashboard Creation: Support the team in designing and developing clear, insightful reports and dashboards using Analysis for Office, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, and SAP Datasphere. Leverage SAP Datasphere to prepare and model data, ensuring a clean and reliable foundation for creating impactful visualizations in SAP Analytics Cloud and Power BI.
• Meetings and Training Content Development: Assist in preparing engaging content for meetings and training sessions, ensuring effective communication and knowledge transfer.
• SAP Analytics Training: Actively participate in and contribute to SAP Analytics training initiatives, including lunch-and-learn sessions and other knowledge-sharing activities.
• Report Validation: Aid in verifying the accuracy and reliability of reports, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• SAP Datasphere Documentation: Help maintain comprehensive documentation on the team's utilization of SAP Datasphere, promoting transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Team Spirit: Bring a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and collaborative team environment. Whether organizing ana Analytics/data-themed game or celebrating team successes, your enthusiasm will help create a vibrant and engaging workplace.

Qualifications:

• Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree as rising Junior or Senior in a relevant field such as Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud or other BI tools is a plus.
• A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a dynamic team.

Based Hourly Range: $20/hr. - $25/hr

Base hourly compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience for this role, and/or internal equity of our current employees as part of any final offer.
