WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
IT Operations Manager - Print Services (FR/NL/EN)
Join our client's large international organisation active in the energy sector, where operational excellence and service reliability are key. You will support the Service Delivery Manager in the management of IT Print Services (enterprise printing ecosystem), ensuring service performance, quality and operability.
In this role, you will work 2 days per week onsite in Brussels and the rest remotely, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders and technical teams (architecture, infrastructure, networks, information security, tooling), as well as partners and suppliers, in an international environment.
We are looking for a trilingual FR / NL / EN professional with ~5+ yesars of experience in IT operations / service delivery, strong reporting skills and proven exposure to printing support management and related workplace services.
For this role, relocation to Brussels (Belgium) is mandatory for candidates living far from the area, or the ability to commute regularly.
Languages required: French and Dutch (B2+) + English (B2+) due to daily interactions with teams and stakeholders.
YOUR TASKS
Support the Service Delivery Manager in the day-to-day management of IT Print Services.
Ensure technical integration and deployment of solutions (infrastructure/products) and related documentation.
Act as technical interface with internal teams (architecture, infrastructure, networks, information security, tooling), project teams, and suppliers/partners.
Support technical evolutions based on the roadmap validated with the architect and the Service Delivery Manager.
Help ensure compliance with service commitments (quality/operability) and contribute to continuous improvement.
Support operational analysis of incidents and service disruptions and follow-up actions.
Contribute to knowledge management activities, including updates to operational/functional documentation.
Maintain relevant service and configuration information (e.g., CMDB) and ensure it is kept up to date.
Support the transition of newly deployed clients into RUN operations.
Support project activities when needed, in line with operational priorities.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Trilingual: French (B2+), Dutch (B2+), English (B2+).
Experience in IT operations / service delivery, including RUN delivery management and reporting.
Proven exposure to IT Printing Support Management and workplace/end-user environments.
Knowledge of enterprise printing architectures and print management concepts.
Familiarity with Microsoft printing services, Universal Print, and Microsoft 365 fundamentals.
Understanding of relevant network/config components: DHCP, DNS, 802.1X, Wi-Fi, SMTP.
Strong soft skills: independent, team spirit, customer-oriented.
Experience supporting project activities in an operational context is a plus.

Location: Brussels, Belgium (relocation mandatory if living far / or ability to commute regularly)
Work model: Hybrid - 2 days onsite / 3 days remote
Start: ASAP, ideally by 01/04/2026
Contract duration: 1 year, extendable by +1 +1 years (max 3 years)
Contract type: Freelance

Daily rate range: €425-€450/day (all-in; depending on profile/experience, within the project budget cap)
Eligibility: EU Citizens, or Non-EU citizens already based in the EU with a valid work permit
