Introduction
ASML, a global leader in advanced technology, is looking for an entrepreneurial, self-starting Change Manager with a strong affinity for the IT domain. This is an outstanding opportunity for a result-oriented consultant with a deep IT background who is ready to transition into a business change-oriented role. Acting as a vital link between IT leadership and the Agile Release Train (ART) teams, you will help shape the way ASML operates and manages its IT-business partnership.
Job Mission
As an IT Organizational Change Manager, you will drive organizational transformation by:
Enhancing collaboration between business and IT,
Leveraging strategic partners,
Developing people and culture,
Improving the IT operating model.
Your mission includes capturing best practices, implementing new solutions, and ensuring cross-department deployment to create a strong, recognized “great place to work” within the IT segment.
Role & Responsibilities
Enhance Business & IT partnership by establishing integrated governance structures.
Develop people & culture by improving behavior, knowledge, and competencies across IT & Data teams.
Leverage strategic partnerships by strengthening relationships with key suppliers to benefit from their innovation.
Optimize the operating model by creating stronger business connections and delivering more efficient IT & Data operations.
Actively engage with teams to understand concerns, successes, and cross-learning opportunities.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology , with relevant additional training.
Experience
5+ years of experience initiating and leading change programs.
Proven track record in matrix organizations (setting up natural teams and new processes).
Strong background in project portfolio or program management .
Demonstrated experience in Agile / SAFe coaching .
Experience in the high-tech industry is a strong plus.
Personal Skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity and introduce clear governance structures.
Strong stakeholder management skills (from operational up to mid-management).
Ability to influence without direct authority .
Strong skills in change management and integrating new practices into existing business processes.
Excellent communication, organizational and process management abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset and customer-focused approach.
Context of the Position
This role formally reports into the IT Line Managers under IT Operations Solution Delivery CS&S (Customer Support & Sales) and will be engaged in cross-departmental change management activities across IT OPS SD.
Key stakeholders include:
IT Line Managers (competency leads)
Solution Delivery Managers
Program Managers across IT segments
