Position: IT Project Manager Location: Remote Schedule: Full-Time, Graveyard Shift (Aligning with USA daytime hours)

Role Overview: We're seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our nationwide onsite IT projects. As the central point of contact for coast-to-coast IT initiatives, you'll manage a team of certified technicians, ensuring seamless execution of complex deployments and support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate large-scale nationwide IT rollouts and deployments
• Oversee ongoing support for branch office locations across North America
• Assign and coordinate A+, Network+, and CCNA certified technicians
• Schedule and manage field resources across multiple locations
• Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently
• Coordinate logistics including technician travel and site access
• Utilize and manage various MSP/ITSM tools and ticketing platforms
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience managing onsite IT projects on a national scale
• In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure topology
• Proven expertise in logistics coordination for technical projects
• Proficiency with various ticketing and project management platforms
• Outstanding communication skills with a strong client-facing ability
• Excellent multitasking skills to juggle multiple technical projects simultaneously
• Sharp problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
