It Project Manager /Business Analyst

We are seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager/Business Analyst to lead the development and deployment of a new healthcare IT product. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise, project management capabilities, and a knack for stakeholder engagement. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration between technical and business teams while contributing to coding and development tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document detailed business and technical requirements for the new product.
• Translate business requirements into technical for the development team
• Identify risks and technical challenges at the requirements stage to plan mitigation
• Estimate effort and plan timeline for delivery to propose to the program director

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment of technical deliverables with business objectives.

Development & Coding:

• Contribute technical expertise, particularly in coding with Python and object-oriented programming languages such as Java.
• Leverage full stack development skills to support technical teams during critical project phases.

UI/UX Contribution:

• Provide input into user interface design to ensure it meets user needs and aligns with the product's functionality.

Quality Assurance:

• Lead quality assurance processes, including test case development, to ensure a high-quality product launch.

Problem Solving:

• Tackle project challenges proactively by identifying root causes and delivering practical solutions under tight deadlines.

Communication & Collaboration:

• Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present updates to diverse audiences.
• Work closely with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to achieve project objectives.

Your Profile

Experience:

• At least 3 years managing large-scale IT projects, preferably involving new product development and deployment.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and object-oriented programming (e.g., Java).
• Experience in full stack development.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
• Solid understanding of quality assurance processes.
• Agile development experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare processes and domain expertise is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 per month
