This is Direct hire - Permanent role to our client -

Specific position: Technical Support I SQL (Fresher)

The salary range on this post is NOT the actual Budget of our client. Salary offer depends on your skills and experience and for approval of our client's management. They can still negotiate you.

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree
• Willing to be on call during weekends and scheduled holidays as part of a rotating on-call support schedule
• Willing to work on a Night shift (PH Time) Schedule
• Amenable to work FULLY onsite in Ortigas, Pasig; hybrid Set-up
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Familiar with proper phone etiquette
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Effective listening skills
• Basic understanding of MS Access & Windows 2008-2012 server configuration Strong background /experience with SQL environment (MySQL & SQL Server), IIS Web Services (non-negotiable)
• Experience in resolving issues with integrated software/hardware solutions at the enterprise level
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Can start ASAP
