Role Summary
The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical assistance to end users, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network environments. This role is ideal for a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting both technical and non-technical users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support via phone, email, and remote tools
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security updates
- Support Microsoft 365, user account management, and access permissions
- Assist with network troubleshooting, including connectivity, VPN, and Wi-Fi issues
- Document incidents, solutions, and system changes in the service management system
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers when necessary
- Maintain IT asset inventory and assist with equipment deployment and lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and basic Active Directory tasks
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools
- Familiarity with endpoint security and device management platforms

Pay: $95,636.53 – $98,474.02 per year
