It Support Technician

Do you have a passion for gaming and IT support? As a part of my3Twelve team, you will have an opportunity to be a front-line IT support technician to deliver experiences that meet the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining gaming systems and networks, as well as providing top-notch support directly to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Be front line for technical improvements, including desktop support troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Perform the IT-related tasks for the on and off-boarding process (PC build-out, dev kit setup, etc.)
• Develop and own a process for managing requests including how issues are tracked, status is communicated, and resolved
• Identify, advocate for, implement, and document changes for the IT helpdesk process workflows based on requirements
• Work on both tactical (day-to-day) and strategic (long-term) projects
• Develop scripts that interact with several systems such as Entra ID, ADO and several APIs
• Learn and implement best practices from the IT workspace across multiple organizations
• Lead the effort in evaluating and recommending new technologies to drive innovation and keep up with industry trends

Qualifications

• IT Operations/Engineering experience
• Service-minded, positive, can-do attitude
• Understanding of ITIL process-based helpdesk system
• Experience with a ticketing system such as JIRA Service Desk, Autotask, Kaseya, Service Now, or comparable helpdesk systems
• Experience with corporate environments: Entra ID, AD, Directory Services, ADO, SharePoint, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of client hardware for setup, optimization, and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of PowerShell or similar scripting language
• Knowledge of authentication issues and resolutions
• Knowledge about basic network issues and resolutions
• Understanding of printers and other commonly occurring issues

Highly Recommended

• IT Operations/Engineering experience with a Game Studio
• Experience writing code/scripts in PowerShell or C#
• Experience troubleshooting client related issues in a corporate environment and the restrictions that comes with said environment
• Experience working with APIs through PowerShell or similar scripting language

Pay: 200 000,00kr - 400 000,00kr per year
