Infinity services include, but are not limited to, Firewall, Switches and networking support, Servers (Windows and Linux), Cloud computing (365, Workspace, Azure, AWS), IT Cyber Security, vulnerability and penetration tests, IT Helpdesk support (remote and onsite), disaster recovery and remote backups, IT Consulting, Asset Management, etc.

Soft skills:

· Excellent English communication skills.

· Good organizational skills (manage your Helpdesk queue and update tickets in time).

· Know how to work under pressure.

· Ability to prioritize and address tickets professionally.

· Self-motivated with strong leadership skills.

·

Technical Skills:

· Familiar with desktops, laptops and server hardware.

· Windows 10, 11, Windows Server 2016 – 2022. Citrix and Linux are preferred.

· Virtualization (XenServer, VMware, Hyper-V).

· Standard Endpoint applications (Office, Adobe, endpoint security, etc.)

· Support, deploy and migrate email systems (365, Gmail, POP, IMAP).

· Firewalls and VPN, VLAN knowledge (Sonicwall, Meraki, D-Link switches)

· Endpoint support (SentinelOne, Trend Micro, Zero Trust software, etc.).

· Backup systems (training will be provided).

· Knowledge of Cloud computing (AWS, Azure).

· Excellent troubleshooting skills and fast learning.

· Translate business requirements to technical requirements.

Certifications:

· Please provide a list of certifications.

Salary:

- To be decided in accordance with the experience and technical knowledge.

- Salary between $70K - $80K

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
