The Role:

We are seeking an experienced IT System Administrator to join our IT team based in our Dublin office. Reporting to the Group CIO, the System Administrator is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and configuration of computer systems and networks. They manage the core IT infrastructure to ensure that software, hardware, and servers operate efficiently and securely. Their expertise is vital in troubleshooting issues, implementing security measures, and keeping the organisation’s IT resources optimised.

Management of IT Systems

  • DR/ BC
  • Monitoring
  • Continuous Improvement

IT Governance

  • Policies & Procedures
  • Documentation Management
  • Auditing
  • Risk Management

Solid understanding of IT System Security

Project Work, Documentation, Continuous Improvement, Auditing

System Integration and Automation, using Code / Low Code / No Code Solutions

2nd / 3rd Level Support for IT Help Desk

Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

Applicants must have experience in one of the following technologies:

  • Azure Management experience using Technologies such as Bicep or Terraform
  • Power Platform
  • Fabric experience

Applicants must have experience in the following:

  • Office 365 E3
  • Knowledge of D365 Business Central ERP

Familiarity with BS/ISO27001 Processes

Experience in using Project Management Methodologies

7-10 years of experience as System Administrator required

Strong English language communication and collaboration skills

Location:

  • Office in North / West Dublin
  • Hours: 8am – 5pm - hybrid working available

Remuneration and benefits:

  • Salary range: €55k - €80k per annum DOE
  • 25 Days Holidays
