Janitorial Services Worker

Cleaning Days and Times:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday (5:15pm-8:15pm)

Monthly Salary:

$700 (each person and I need 2 people for approximately 3 hours per clean)

Areas to be cleaned (daily):

(1) Clean the glass at the main entrance (both sides)

(2) Vacuum all carpeted areas, including stairs

(3) Sweep and mop all hard floors

(4) Disinfect all high-touch surfaces

(5) Dust all surfaces, including furniture, tables and clean window sills

(6) Empty trash cans throughout the office and replace trash liners

(7) Place all trash in garbage bins located behind the office and breakdown and discard all cardboard trash

(8) Restrooms: Empty all trash cans

(9) Restrooms: Clean all mirrors and glass

(10) Restrooms: Clean stains from the walls and partitions of the stalls

(11) Restrooms: Sweep and mop the floors

(12) Restrooms: Restock all paper products

(13) Clean kitchen break-room area to include trash removal and cleaning inside microwave ovens

(14) Turn off all lights and ensure the door is locked and front gate is closed and locked

Areas to be cleaned (weekly):

(1) Dust all furniture and the tops of cabinets, shelves, picture frames and other horizontal surfaces

(2) Clean the restroom walls

(3) Clean the baseboards

(4) Dust all blinds and vents

Please do not apply if you do not have Janitorial Services experience. If you have a partner to help that is preferred. Having a car is also preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
