The Japan Inbound Project is a new initiative by Life Journey Global, a leading international education consulting firm. This project aims to attract international students to Japan for study abroad and cultural exchange programs, fostering meaningful cross-cultural understanding and global connections.

About the Launch
The Japan Inbound Project represents an exciting expansion of Life Journey Global’s mission to develop innovative study abroad and cultural exchange experiences—this time within Japan.
We are seeking passionate, creative, and entrepreneurial individuals who are eager to build something new from the ground up and become key founding members of this project.
Key Responsibilities1. Partnership Development in Japan
- Build and strengthen partnerships with local educational institutions, travel agencies, and cultural organizations across Japan.
- Establish collaborative programs with schools and organizations to promote study abroad and cultural exchange opportunities.
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships to ensure a consistent flow of participants.
2. Program Planning & Execution
- Design and develop study abroad and cultural exchange programs, including academic courses, cultural immersion tours, and interactive activities.
- Work closely with local partners to ensure seamless coordination and high-quality delivery of programs.
- Ensure each program provides a rich, safe, and memorable experience for participants.
3. Student Recruitment & Support
- Lead recruitment efforts through online and offline presentations, information sessions, and webinars.
- Provide personalized guidance and support to students before, during, and after their programs in Japan.
- Address student inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
4. Financial & Operational Planning
- Collaborate with the project team to create and manage program budgets.
- Monitor financial performance to ensure each program is both impactful and sustainable.
5. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct research to understand market trends, student needs, and competitor programs.
- Provide data-driven insights to help shape program strategy and maintain competitiveness.
6. Program Evaluation & Improvement
- Collect and analyze feedback from participants and partners.
- Continuously refine and improve program quality, logistics, and overall experience.
Location & Roles
- Project planners and activity coordinators should be based in Japan for on-site coordination and local partner engagement.
- Applicants based in Canada, the USA, and Japan are encouraged to apply.
Language Requirements
- Fluent English is required.
- Proficiency in Japanese or other languages is considered a strong asset, as it enhances communication with students and partners.
