Job Summary

The Lounge Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing key administrative and financial support functions within the lounge. The role is primarily focused on invoice processing, accurate data entry, expense tracking, and accounting-related tasks. This position plays a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, effective cost control, and proper documentation, while also supporting general lounge operations as required.


The expected pay is $65,000/year. Full-time employees are offered a range of health and wellness benefits as well as 401(k) with company match paid vacation time, sick time, and company paid holidays.

Your activities
  • Perform daily administrative duties related to invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of invoices, expenses, and supplier documentation
  • Review, track, and process invoices, ensuring compliance and accuracy prior to submission
  • Coordinate with internal finance teams and external suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Maintain organized financial records and ensure proper filing of supporting documents
  • Support month-end reporting and reconciliation activities
  • Ensure proper inventory control, including accurate stock monitoring and documentation
  • Provide weekly updates to the expense tracker and assist in cost monitoring and reporting
  • Support budgeting follow-ups and cost control initiatives where required
  • Assist with additional operational or administrative tasks to support lounge performance

Your profile
  • Previous experience in administrative, invoicing, or accounting support roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy under deadlines
  • Good understanding of basic accounting processes and invoice management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general office systems
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage confidential financial information
  • Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
