We are looking for talented individuals to join our team as an Fullstack Tech Lead, collaborating on a project in the Investment Management sector.
This role will require you to work 100% onsite at our office in Campinas as part of a development squad, collaborating closely with a major American investment client.

Position Overview:
As a Tech Lead , you will lead the design and development of scalable web applications using Angular and Web Components for front-end and Spring Boot and NestJS for back-end. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with client expectations while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the CI&T team to meet the demands of a client in the financial sector.
- Perform agile deployments, ensuring the quality and stability of the product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement enhancements and bug fixes to improve system performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient code to support the ongoing development and maintenance of our applications.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of code to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to fellow team members.
- Work closely with other developers and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the overall success of the projects.
- Identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience as a Tech Lead, Full Stack Developer, or in a similar role.
- Solid experience with Angular and Web Components for front-end development.
- Experience with Spring Boot/Node for back-end development.
- Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools like Git and Docker.
- Leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and relational/non-relational databases.
- Advanced oral and written communication skills in English (B2+).
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in microservices development.
- Experience with Nest.JS for back-end development.
- Knowledge of GraphQL and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA or Trello.
- Background in application architecture and scalable solution design.
