Requirements

• Journeyman-level experience in refrigeration or several years of verifiable apprentice-level experience
• EPA 608 Certification
• High school diploma or GED (Required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
• Physical ability to lift/move objects (10-70 lbs.)
• Strong work ethic & ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Willing and able to travel extensively, typically leaving early Monday and returning late Friday each week

Nice to Have:

• Experience operating forklifts, scissor lifts, and pulling tailers
• Extensive knowledge of refrigeration products & mechanical systems
• Experience with refrigeration pipefitting
• Prior experience with walk-in construction
• Prior experience in interior construction
• Ability to lift/move heavier objects (100+ lbs.) when needed
• High integrity & energetic attitude
• Team player mentality and out of the box thinking
