We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to support our finance operations. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to full set accounting and statutory reporting in a supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in managing full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, journal entries)
• Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports
• Assist in GST submission and statutory compliance matters
• Prepare documentation for auditors and tax agents
• Maintain accurate accounting records and filing
• Support basic budgeting and cash flow tracking

You won’t just be doing data entry — you’ll gain real exposure to how finance supports business operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 1–2 years of experience
• Basic understanding of Singapore accounting practices
• Familiar with accounting software (Xero, MYOB, SAP, or similar)
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Able to work independently with guidance
