Junior Key Account Manager

Job Overview:
My Uniware Collections Inc. is urgently looking for a driven and analytical Junior Key Account Manager to manage and grow our e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop). This role plays a key part in boosting online sales, optimizing product performance, and executing high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive online sales growth and profitability by optimizing product listings, pricing, and promotions
• Manage and maintain e-commerce accounts (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) to ensure high conversion rates
• Plan and execute online merchandising strategies, including product assortment and visual presentation
• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to forecast demand and improve results
• Collaborate with marketing and creatives teams for campaigns, promotions, and content execution
• Monitor and improve SEO, traffic, and conversion performance across platforms
• Manage inventory, pricing strategy, and product lifecycle
• Generate reports, insights, and forecasts for management review
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing is required
• Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools
• Knowledge of SEO, online marketing, and social media strategies
• Experience in inventory management, fulfillment, and logistics
• Familiarity with digital content coordination (product listings, images, videos)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
