The opportunity

As a Junior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll work with leading brands to drive user acquisition and revenue while building hands-on expertise in paid marketing alongside experienced growth marketers. You’ll gain the ownership and strategic exposure needed to grow into managing your own clients over time.

What you’ll do

  • Work closely with more senior growth marketers to learn, take part in strategy development and prepare for client meetings

  • Execute growth strategies and turn insights into high-performing paid campaigns

  • Launch, optimize, and iterate campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Display, App), TikTok, Apple Search Ads, Snapchat, Pinterest, and more

  • Analyze performance and creative data to identify opportunities and deliver actionable recommendations to clients

  • As you grow into the role, you'll lead your own clients, collaborate cross-functionally between marketing, creative and analytics, and drive digital strategy with advice from senior growth marketers

  • A strong communicator who collaborates well across teams

  • Having 1–2 years of experience in marketing, business, or similar (internships and studies count)

  • Having exposure to platforms like Meta or Google Ads is a plus

  • Interested in exploring how AI tools can improve workflows and marketing performance

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
