We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused "Jr. Project Manager / Operations Support" professional based in the Philippines to support our leadership team and replace a former Operations Associate role.

This position sits at the intersection of project management, SOP development, and executive support. The ideal candidate is comfortable with monday.com, thrives on accountability and follow-through, and brings structure and clarity to fast-moving environments.

This is not a passive admin role. This person will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring projects move forward, deliverables are tracked, and leadership has clear visibility into progress.


About the Role

GVO Partners is hiring a highly organized, execution-first Junior Project Manager / Operations Support professional to support our leadership team and replace a former Operations Associate role.

This role sits at the intersection of project management, SOP documentation, and executive support. You’ll be the glue. The person who makes sure things actually move, nothing gets dropped, and leadership has full visibility into what’s happening.

This is not a passive admin role. You’ll own tracking, follow-ups, and accountability across multiple initiatives using monday.com as the single source of truth.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Execution

  • Own and manage monday.com project boards, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables

  • Track progress across initiatives and proactively follow up on outstanding items

  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, or delays and flag them early with proposed solutions

  • Ensure monday.com remains accurate, up to date, and the single source of truth

SOP Documentation & Process Support

  • Create, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

  • Organize SOPs into a clean, searchable library with version control

  • Support process improvement by documenting and refining workflows

Operations & Executive Support

  • Provide light executive / C-suite admin support, including:

    • Meeting preparation and follow-ups

    • Action item tracking

    • Calendar and task coordination

  • Support cross-functional initiatives that require structured tracking and coordination

Reporting & Accountability

  • Deliver weekly status updates covering:

    • What’s complete

    • What’s in progress

    • What’s blocked

  • Maintain clear ownership, documentation, and accountability standards

Tools & Technical Skills

Required

  • monday.com – advanced proficiency (boards, automations, dashboards, dependencies)

  • Slack – professional async communication and follow-ups

  • Microsoft Outlook – email and calendar management

  • Google Workspace – Docs, Sheets, Drive, folder organization

  • Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint (admin-level proficiency)

  • Spreadsheets – strong working knowledge (tracking, basic formulas, reporting)

  • SOP documentation – ability to create, format, and maintain process docs

  • Remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Google Meet, scheduling tools)

Nice to Have

  • Adobe Acrobat and basic PDF editing

  • Process automation experience in monday.com or similar tools

  • Experience maintaining internal documentation or knowledge bases

  • Prior experience supporting executives or leadership teams

  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable supporting a U.S.-based leadership team

Location: Remote | Timezone: Must overlap 2–3 hours daily with EST
Compensation: USD $1,200/month based on experience and hours
