Junior Property Accountant - Us Accounts (Hybrid Wfh)

Global Virtuoso, Inc. is seeking experienced Junior Property Accountant consultant to support accounting and financial operations across a growing real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong property accounting expertise, experience with real estate management systems, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment. This role will be responsible for full-cycle property accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and budgeting support.

The duties and responsibilities of the Junior Property Accountant are listed below and should be considered non-exhaustive:

• Run monthly financial statements including:
• Balance Sheets
• Income Statements
• Cash Flow Statements
• Trial Balances
• Supporting schedules
• Perform monthly account reconciliations
• Review, audit, and verify journal entries and accounting classifications
• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Support annual audits by providing required financial documentation
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of revenues, expenses, accruals, and intercompany transactions
• Monitor tenant receivables, vendor payables, and cash management activities
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and reconciliations

Education & Work Background

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property accounting
• Knowledge and/or experience with one or more of the following platforms: Yardi, MRI, Entrata and QuickBooks
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Willing to work in night shift and amenable to work on holidays and rendering overtime if needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
